In a meeting led by Opposition leader Khursheed Shah, two committees were formed comprising of four members each, for negotiation with Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Both these committees did not include any member from the government.
