As part of the National Recreation Plan for Good Living by the government of Venezuela, Caracas Children enjoy the Vacation Plan which celebrates its second week. So far, more than 200,000 children in the capital have benefited from this Community plan that seeks to make the holidays a principle of social inclusion where every child is entitled to be rewarded after their schooling. teleSUR
