Liz chats to Placebo frontman Brian Molko, exploring his androgynous image, his vocal style, being mentored by David Bowie, and playing live.
Brian formed Placebo as a duo in London in 1994 and they released their self titled debut album in 1996. Earlier that year they'd toured with David Bowie after he'd heard some of their demos. The latest album Loud Like Love is their 7th studio album, and to date they've sold over 11 million records worldwide and have developed a cult following.
