Giri Ganga temples in snow

Giriganga hike is one passes through thick deodar woods. It is the source of the river Giri Ganga that rises just below the a peak. The river pours its waters into the Yamuna river and there is a small shrine at the spot.

It has temples which dates back to BC period. It is surrounded by the thick deodar jungles.
