Lieutenant Governor of Delhi extends his greetings to the Parsi community of Delhi during Navroz Festival 2014.
The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi is the constitutional head of Delhi as well as the Government of Delhi. The current and 20th Lt. Governor, Government of National capital territory of India is Najeeb Jung.
Najeeb Jung (born 18 January 1951) is the 20th and current Lieutenant Governor of Delhi of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. He joined the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1973 and worked in Madhya Pradesh and with the Government of India. He was the 13th Vice-Chancellor of the Jamia Millia Islamia, a central university in Delhi.

Delhi Parsi Anjuman celebrated Navroz, Parsi New Year or Spring Festival with friends and loved ones. The function was attended by a few invites as well as the Parsi community from Delhi. The function included a felicitation program for Parsis, honored Padmashrees, the release of a Persian book, a song presentation and much more. Parsi products were also sold during the event.
