Whisky.com tastes the Glen Breton 10 years. This is the special release that has been matured in ice wine casks. Ice wine is a very sweet wine that is being produced in a very special way.
The Glen Breton distillery has been established by people speaking the Gaelic language, probably Scottish.

The nose:
Vanilla, a mixture of apple, pear and peaches. You also smell the grapes from the wine.
The taste:
Some spiciness appearing, also some nuttiness. A lot more intense than the nose.
The finish:
Long with oakiness of the cask.
