Albert Joseph, a Grenadian athletics coach, wants a High Performance Training Centre (HPTC) established in Grenada. Joseph says the HPTC will give athletes an opportunity to train with some of the best coaches on the island. He said that the HPTC is possible under a collaborative arrangement with the St George's University.
