Shea Butter is a firm cream colored butter that is wonderful to use on any skin type. It has a nutty, smokey aroma which disappears as soon as you start to use it.
Scoop a little out of the jar and hold in the palm of your hand while it gently softens. The butter can leave the skin feeling a little sticky when first applied so use at night and let your skin to rejuvenate while you sleep. The stickiness disappears as the butter is absorbed into your skin.
You may like to whip the butter to soften or add an oil like coconut oil or coconut milk and stir in gently. Add your favorite essential oils. Store in a labelled and sealed container - may need to be refrigerated.
Nature's Finds Shea Butter is fantastic for massaging into stretch marks to help them fade. It is also wonderful to massage into areas of cellulite to help smooth the area. If you spend the time to rub into your feet you will be rewarded with "baby soft feet".
