SOT, unidentified local resident (in Russian): "The shells hit the Vishnevskiy hospital, where the dentist is located, and they also hit the high-end flats in the city centre. They crashed through several floors because the shell hit the house vertically. The gas and water supply was suspended for a while too, but the emergency ministry guys repaired everything. At the moment, people are being evacuated to safety. No one was injured in the building but now many people are getting out."

At least five civilians were reportedly injured, including one woman who lost her leg, after Ukrainian Army artillery hit a large apartment block in central Donetsk on Thursday morning.
The Vishnevskiy Hospital also came under bombardment but those inside escaped injury.
Commercial buildings were also damaged during the attack, and the water and gas supply were knocked out for a period of time. Spent 150 mm shells were found by residents littering the area.
Many Donetsk residents have already fled the east Ukraine city, which has seen ongoing bombardment from Ukrainian forces.
