An Arlington, Virginia snow plow driver was captured driving on the wrong side of the road in some of the iciest conditions the region has seen all winter. The driver who captured the footage stated, "There simply is no excuse for someone driving a massive snow plow in the wrong lane through an intersection, at the crest of a blind hill top. And if I didn't chase him to get video there would be no proof."
