While Priyanka Chopra has been all praised for her upcoming film Mary Kom, but before the film release, she’s already in a trouble. No wait…we aren’t talking about Mary Kom!
Then what is it? Well, PeeCee Darling was set to play the role of Indian writer and poet Amrita Pritam in Sahir Ludhianvi’s biopic, which will be produced by Ashi Dua and directed by Jasmeet Reen.
But Pritam’s grandson Aman Kwatra seems to have a problem with that! He has now filed a legal notice against the makers alleging that they are making the film without the permission! Is it true?
Well, Aman and his sis Shilpi are not willing to give permission for the purpose as they did not wish to glamorize or fictionalize her life in a commercial feature film venture.
Despite of hurting the sentiments of the family, the makers seem to be least bothered and proceeded with the project.
