Yes, Frank SanPietro have got a nice compilation of some direct accident fails captured throughout Britain. Upon review some are super funny and some are crazy scary--like the backhoe. how does a tire just come off of a backhoe--come on now, that kind of accident is so dangerous and comes simply from negligence.
