Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafiq says that the government is in a state of war and some shortsighted people are adamant upon charging towards Islamabad, adding that Imran Khan and Tahir-ul-Qadri should hear that they would still not come into power even if our government were toppled by the protest.
