Singer-songwriter Tori Amos has a new musical partner and it's not anyone you've heard of... At least not yet.

That's because its her 13-year-old daughter, Natashya Hawley, who sings with the acclaimed piano-playing rocker in her newest single "Promise."

Amos, who is currently on tour supporting her latest album, says she wrote the song after becoming inspired by the soul music that the British-born daughter listens to.

SOUNDBITE: Tori Amos saying (English):

"Tash is 13, and I really got inspired by some of the things she was listening to, she listens to all kinds of music, she is drawn to soul music, that is her passion, and so, in her showing me what inspired her, the songs started to develop."

Tash holds her own against her mother, who first came to prominence in the early 90s with confessional singles like "Crucify," "Silent All These Years," and "Cornflake Girl."

It's clear that the pair share a musical talent. But Amos doesn't want her daughter
