We have hired Inventiva Consulting to help us design programs and marketing materials.
I’m writing to applaud Rocio Perez for her wonderful presentation to a group of inner city Latino students at the La Academia alternative high school in Denver, CO in the fall of 2011. Rocio volunteered to come and speak to the students who were 9-12th graders at my request. I wanted Rocio to present because I knew her to be a successful Latina professional. The students were part of a Junior Achievement program that I was leading.
I had no idea what a great speaker she was and what a moving and amazing life story she has. She was by far the most inspiring speaker that I brought in. Rocio connected very well with the students and they were for the first time during the program’s 7 weeks, very quiet and enraptured with her story. Rocio subsequently volunteered on her own to come an lead a visioning board exercise that the students found very helpful in defining their careers.
I would highly recommend that anyone utilize Rocio for events where she can share and inspire with her wonderful story.
