Unknown Monster - Can Anyone Identify Him? (IDENTIFIED)

Can anyone identify this odd monster? All I know about him is that he is from Denjin Zaborger, and that's about it. If anyone knows the name of him and knows what episode he appears in, please tell me! Thanks!
