Microsoft Files Complaint with EU Over Motorola Patent Pricing

Microsoft filed a formal complaint with the EU’s competition regulator on Wednesday against Motorola. It says Motorola is trying to use its patent power to make selling Windows PCs, phones and Xboxes a lot more difficult.
