Kevin Selagea was biking through his tiny suburban community and didn’t even realize he was in danger. A driver of an SUV was tailgating him so close, he was nearly run over. Only at the last moment did he realize that a car was right behind him. Luckily, karma was on his side as a cop also noticed the tailgating SUV and pulled him over.
