To make Dalia:
1 cup Dalia
2 cups water
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Upma:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
few curry leaves
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 dry red chilly
1 green chilly
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp urad dal
2 tbsp chanaa dal
1 onion
1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, beans, peas, potatoes)
1 1/2 cups water
1 tsp salt
Lime juice to taste
Coconut chutney:
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/ cup Yogurt
Add pinch of salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 dry red chilly
Few curry leaves
1 green chilly chopped
