Travelling to the Arctic in May/June 2014.
With an ice-strengthened vessel from Hansweert (Zeeland) to Aberdeen (Scotland) - Fair Isle (Shetlands) - Jan Mayen - sea ice - Svalbard. More then 4,100 km by boat. Afterwards, we stayed in Spitsbergen for a week more.
Exceptionally remote, lonely, beautiful. Pure wilderness.
