The final level shown on Mobygames. We are nearing the home stretch for the Singleplayer portion!
This is another 4 section style map with a defined center. Of course, two of the doorways in this one are connected by a series of rooms including one with a Shambler and Vore. Death Knights guard the sides of that area. The good news is that there are plenty of powerups, including two Quad Damages, for slaughtering everything in the map with the Double-Barrelled Shotgun, Grenade Launcher, and Super Nailgun.
