The Church, the United Nations and the National University are the three institutions which will select representatives of the victims of the armed conflict in Colombia to send to the peace talks in Havana. Over the course of five sessions, a total of 60 citizens, spread in groups of 12, will deliver proposals from victim forums and add their voices to the process of reconciliation. teleSUR
