I found Patrick personable. He was efficient, answered my queries fully, and was quick to reply to correspondence.
Patrick aimed to find the balance between adding value to the audience with information and supporting me to showcase as relevant aside rather than being a simple advertising piece.
I was nervous to film, and Patrick put me at ease as well as supplied me with plenty of information to set up properly.
