Meet the most fearsome plant on earth, Dionaea Muscipula, or as it’s more commonly known, the Venus Flytrap. In spite of its name, this carnivore doesn’t limit its diet to flies. The plant, dotingly named Audrey by her loving owner, snaps her jaws once an unsuspecting ant appears. The ant, trapped inside, is crushed by the Venus Flytrap as it seals itself up. Credit: Anonymous
