Acorn jelly noodles & tray jelly salad
"Muk" is made by grinding grains, fruits or roots and cooking them with water, like a porridge. Then the whole mass is hardened. Sometimes Korean traditional jelly is mixed with soy sauce or kimchi or green onions. “Muk" is are a low-calorie dish yet just a bowl of it is enough to make you feel full.

“Acorn jelly noodles” and "tray jelly salad" make a good side dish for liquor and also tastes good as it is. You may use any kind of jelly and vegetables you like.

This dishes are easy to make and it's very nutritious as well. It shows the very essence of Korean cuisine.
