Great workouts...always something different...positive reinforcement...positive trainers..nice and cheerful..knowledgeable ....able to custom tailor a workout that is challenging and rewarding .best decision i made was to have a trainer because they push me harder than i can push myself and i get a better workout...and most importantly, better results.
