I went to Lucinda Ellery in London for an initial Hair Extension consultation which was free of charge toward the end of January 2012. I thought that Micky who saw me was incredibly thorough and made me feel at ease. I was provided with free test extensions as part of the consultation as well as a detailed quotation. The team at Lucinda Ellery were all professional from the time of my initial telephone call, my face to face consultation and application of the extensions. I did not feel under pressure at all and I was able to ask questions with ease. My whole experience has been fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I have now had my eight week check up and I cant wait to have my new extensions once my three months is up. My friends, family and colleagues have given me nothing but positive feedback. It has made me feel a million dollars and I know that I am in good hands.
