Excellent Review
If I could put 10 stars, I would. I was working with 5 other staffing agencies and never got a bite. I kept having to call them to remind them I was still alive. I have a MBA and a lot of experience but I just wasn't getting the exposure until I visited Cindy Nelson at Decton. Cindy was the first person to give me any constructive criticism and ideas how to market myself. She helped me edit my resume to be more attractive to companies and she has the most amazing personality. She followed up with me every day and literally had me an offer for an amazing job with an incredible company in less than a week. I'm making 25% more money than my goal income going in.
