An international operation to destroy Syria's chemical weapons stockpile is nearing its final stages.
More than 1300 tonnes of toxic chemicals were being carefully moved onto a US navy ship in Southern Italy in an unprecedented transfer.
They will then be sailed to international waters for destruction.
