Madrid, Jul 2 (EFE).- Chelsea and Atletico Madrid announced Tuesday a deal that will send striker Diego Costa to the English club in exchange for a transfer fee equal to the buy-out clause in his contract, which stipulates a buy-out of 38 million euros ($52 million).
