The Uber car services smartphone app has again got taxi drivers up in arms, this time in Madrid, where around 300 demonstrated for two hours in the city centre on Tuesday.
The drivers claim the app breaks local taxi rules, violates licensing
and safety regulations and its users fail to comply with local
insurance rules, undercutting their tariffs.
