Do you like your drinks cold?
This is a cool product to make ice spheres for your drinks, punch bowls and get-togethers. They are straightforward to use and they work well.
Balls of ice cool your drink fast but they do not melt as quick as smaller ice cubes or chipped ice. The drink does not get watered down as quickly and it helps to preserve the taste.
It's called the Premium Ice Ball Maker by DeluxIce (see the coupon to save $$$ below!) You can even make ice balls out of juice, so that as they melt they keep adding to the flavor, instead of watering it down. You can use liquor, whiskey, scotch... or anything!
The bottom of the ice ball mold is flat so that it stands up easily and does not tip and spill. You have to bear in mind to not overfill the mold, as ice does increase in volume when freezing and it may spread the mold up a little bit. It is a flexible and rubbery silicone which tends to make it straightforward to remove the ice ball. They are also straightforward to fill.
If you are freezing them for parties, you will need to have a lot so you may want to buy several boxes which speeds up the freezing process. These molds make a good present for a buddy that has every thing.
