As a naturally thin person, you act on your ability to recognize when you are truly hungry. You trust your body's hunger signals and treat them with respect. If you are hungry, you eat. You don't care whether it's an official meal time or not. Your body needs food, so you give it some. You take care of yourself that way. When you'd like some food, but don't feel truly hungry, you wait. You don't burden your body with food it can't use out of needs or desires that have nothing to do with physical hunger.
