Home Minister Rajanth Singh met top bureaucrats of the ten Naxal-affected states to chalk out a plan to tackle the Naxal issue and Rajnath Sigh said that the government will not hold any talks with Naxals. He added that incentives will be provided to forces fighting against Naxalism.
