Julie was awesome! This is the third house I've purchased and the first time I left happy with my agent. Julie was very knowledgeable about the market. She helped watch out for little things that I would have thought of. She did not make me sign anything up front, nor did she ever give me the impression she was concerned about her commission. She was only worried about making us happy. She checked in continually and still does a month after we moved in to make sure everything is going well. Specific to our situation, we fell in love with a home and the same day another family did as well. We decided to trust Julie, whom we barely knew, to help us get the house. I'm proud to say the house is our at a much cheaper price than I thought. I only wish that every professional I deal with is as intelligent and kind as her.
