The female restaurant staffer, identified as 25-year-old Latia Harris was dressed in a red McDonald’s uniform and black cap. Harris spoke briefly to the other woman before attacking her. She jumped on top of the victim and started punching.

As his mother lay on the ground, the toddler kicked Harris to make the brutal violence stop. Harris threatened to kick her victim’s young son in the face.

Shortly after the attack on Tuesday, police were called to the scene where they found the victim covered in blood. The woman told cops Harris assaulted her for spreading rumors about her and her boss.

The accused is now facing charges of ‘aggravated assault and two counts of making terroristic threats’.
