Brazil kids' plight moves Prince Harry

A nifty back-heel from Britain's Prince Harry.

The soccer mad royal enjoyed a kick around with a group of young Brazilian children in Diadema, Eldorado on Wednesday (June 25).

Behind the smiles is sadness: all the children here are growing up in one of the most deprived neighbourhoods in Brazil.

Many have lost a parent to drugs, violence or prison.

Brazilian charity ACER uses sport and education to help these children live lives free from drugs and crime.

Prince Harry's visit - fresh from watching England crash out of the World Cup - was a massive boost, says ACER's founder Jonathan Hannay.
