Today I'm going to share with you the top thyroid disease symptoms and some ideas on preventing this problem. Think of your body as a big factory and there are workers, managers, and of course the rich CEO. The brain is the CEO and the managers are hormones. These hormones have to communicate between the workers and the CEO. The thyroid which is located in the front part of the neck is a place where a bunch of managers hang out.

If this thyroid doesn't work correctly managers will have problems communicating between the brain and the workers. This could result in all kinds of problems for a person. For example it could result in parts of your body working faster or slower than it should. A big symptom of this problem would be your bodies internal clock acting off.

Thanks to caffeine, sugar and many other drugs that affect our body sometimes this could be hard to notice. One idea would be to cut out these soft drugs and listen to your inner voice. Does your body feel a bit off and do you think some parts are moving too fast, too slow or just not working correctly?

For example even if a person gets enough rest, fluids and eats a balanced diet their energy levels are not normal. The heart could be working too fast or slow, as well as their digestion could be off. This might include more frequent constipation or diarrhea. Strange weight gain or weight loss. Feeling abnormally cold or hot could be another sign. The list really just continues for a long time including things such as feeling abnormally nervous and even dry skin could be an indicator.

Again it really comes down to your inner voice and if you feel your out of balance and the thyroid really could be the cause then why not get a test done by a physician? That is the only way to truly know.

If you are interested in not getting a thyroid disease a really great idea would be ensuring your getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs. If your deficient in 1 nutrient then if could really have a negative impact on your body. To ensure your meeting this requirement it's probably best to take a supplement. Sure you might be able to get all the nutrients you need from food but it's unlikely thanks to chemicals being used and the many food choices of people.

The second idea would be to avoid bad things. This includes smoking tobacco and radiation hitting your neck from an X Ray. Other bad things you could avoid would be breathing in too much pollution, eating food that isn't healthy and sitting on the coach every second of every day.
