Darren Cornwall - Soul Windows

2014-06-24 2

I don't know why I stop and melt,
Way above my station, scurried sighs..
With every steamy glance that's dealt,
I fall, surrendered to your eyes.....

I try to be big, try to be strong,
this private visual language steals my soul',
and I know it won't be long..
Till we realise our final goal......

A certain spice in the recipe,
No one else can conjure up'
Chemical balance...you and me,
and still I've never felt your touch.....

I feel those watching from 'outside'...
up for tender, tender hooks',
You'll never read me completely,
Never read me like your books.

Heart builds hooks from strenghth to strength,
Smiling with every beat thats met,
I would go to any length,
To catch your eyes.. it's true, and yet...
It's something else, behind those eyes...
That makes me glow, feel warm inside'
If you look in mine you'll see 'your' soul'
Holding mine with love untold..........
