When you’ve come home after having a bad day
And go and snap at the head of someone that you love.
Turn around and come back in the door
And start your entrance, all over again, now don’t shove!
No need to take it out on them
They’d nothing to do with
What has happened to you at all.
One day you might come in and snap at them
And then have nothing again to come home to at all.
It only takes a minute’s time
To leave all your troubles outside your door.
Then you will see, that all is much better
Than it may have been a moment or two before.
