Lethal injection drug secrecy fought by condemned man

Marcus Wellons is set to die by lethal injection Tuesday night in Jackson, Georgia. His lawyers are trying to postpone his execution by fighting Georgia's law that allows the state to keep secret who manufactured the lethal injection drug.
