Niki Nicholas Nkuna - The flag

2014-06-18 14

Cold and hot winds blowing
Causing heads to grow horns
To stab nothing but to raise the flag

Sometimes to counter voices and imaginary punches
Often there’s no threat of any sort than it is considered as such
The flag may be raised before the wind blow
Before the sign of the real rock fall
Before the rain
Before the disappearance of the mist or fog

Sometimes the ugly head will rare
Causing a scare and hurt with simple ignorance
Dismissal or bashing with a feather or paper tiger

The horns will grow out of hand with the repetition of swipe
The scare or disrespect
Sometimes the backlash will compensate for the bleed of the heart
Or succumb of the tortoise head
Sometimes the anthill will grow big
Eventually bursting like the eruption of the volcano
To be met with the hag of self-regret
Or backlash of the worst kind of stupidity out of control
