I feel the wound is deep
If I live thru this night
What shall I reap?
The taste in my mouth
Is bitter and sweet
He cuts me like a knife
I cannot weep.
I close my eyes
But find no sleep
A startling wave crashes over me
As a piece of me dies away chaotically.
