I feel fear,
I feel sorrow only for myself,
I hold back the tears,
I hold my grip,
For I dare not loosen it a single bit,
I feel my palms start to sweat,
And feel the tingle in my fingers urging me to let go,
But I can't,
I won't,
For if I do I will fall,
I will crash to the ground below,
Be forever Written in the pavement,
That mocks me from below,
One by one Fingers give in,
As the last one gives up,
I remind myself to not take one breath,
No matter the pain in builds up don't let it in,
Don't give the pavement the satisfaction of hurting you,
Plus if you don't give in you may die before you hit the pavement...
