Rachel Henley - This Place, My Train

2014-06-17 1

If I do not board this train now,
I am afraid I never will.
This place is beautiful,
this place is all I ever wanted,
but one must go where one needs to be.

Staying here, lands me in the sweet danger,
of never knowing and never growing.
This place cannot hold me back,
It is me, holding on.
I do not fear this place forgetting,
I only fear me not remembering.

This place will always be your home,
this place will be the love I used to know,
this place is your place,
and that is why, I must go, alone.
