Shahberam Shabir - That Stealing Feeling

2014-06-17 6

Stabbing kisses, so many near misses
In the middle of you, is that all it is?
For more, hope is here for sure
You know, but really, you don't know
Because I don't, unless I see something
A guess to you, but to me it means everything

Slippery fingers, traps and stingers
Reading me will be a long linger
Think of me, as a pleasure to savour
Broken promise, I've never forgave her
But you, maybe I'll be thinking again
Sweet as this is, I dont think you can take the pain

The meaning of a love worth feeling
I always knew your heart was worth stealing
The lock and key were given too easily
The guards and hounds made way for me
Astound, for that silence, when I take the wheel
And you lose control, then fall, straight out of my arms

History, just leave me alone with mine
Im with you right now, running fingers down your spine
Skin and bones collide, a spark in the cave
Embrace the light, deep breathe and bathe
Time limits, my motives and emotions
You want a slice but I only give away small portions
