i'm not that old yet,
dont cast me aside...
like a shovel with a broken handle,
of no use anymore.
i'm not that old yet,
the embers still glow.
with a little tender care,
there's a fire beneath!
i'm not that old yet,
my hands still fit the plow.
my back is still strong,
my eyes still twinkle.
i'm not that old yet,
to be forgotten in a chair.
i still need a woman,
a lover, and a friend!
