Sometime I wonder
if you think of me,
almost as much,
as I think of you.
You remind me of someone
that I once knew,
someone that I
once yearned for.
Will you be like that,
someone I long for,
someone I knew,
will that 'someone' be you?
A long time ago,
I was left broken and beat,
then I met a man-
so kind and so sweet.
But that man was the owner
of a cold black heart,
he hurt me- destroyed me,
and left me to die.
That man I met,
that man was you,
who didn't give a damn
at all about me.
