Starbucks has announced they will be paying for thousands of their baristas to finish college.

Among the only requirements are those taking advantage of the program work 20 hours per week and that they get admitted to Arizona State University’s online program on their own merits.

Recipients of the tuition must also be in their final two years of college, although some assistance will be provided for employees studying and the freshman and sophomore levels.

There is no stipulation that those who take advantage of the program study anything in particular.

They also do not have to continue to work for Starbucks after they graduate.

At this time it’s unknown how much the tuition program will cost them, as they’re unsure how many employees will sign up.
