The room spins
As the fear begins
Sorrow runs through my veins
Only intensifying the pains
I listen to your heartbeat
And there is comfort in the sound
As we lay here
Together on the ground
But in my mind
My thoughts still race
Anticipating what I have to face
All these new fears
With too many cold tears
So I’ll listen to the rhythm of your heart
Praying I wont fall apart
Because I can only take so much
Before I can’t take anymore
I’m just really scared
More afraid than before
So hold me tight
Please never let go
I love you so much
Though you’ll never know…
